It's a beautiful day to ruin lives

10 Times Greys Anatomy Made Me Sob Uncontrollably

1.) George O'Malley's death

I will be the first to admit that this episode made me ugly cry, and still does. When the elevator door opens and George is standing there in his Army uniform waiting for Izzy it breaks my heart. And when Meredith realizes he is writing 007 on her hand, I think we all sobbed at that point. O'Malley still is in my top 3 favorite characters and the fact that they killed him off so early on still makes me upset. He was going to join the Army and be a surgeon and save lives and they took that all away from him.

2.) Sloan's death

This was totally unexpected, throughout the whole episode they make you thankful that McDreamy survived the plane crash despite Lexi dying. Sloan should have lived, he deserved to get married to Lexi and raise Sophia and finally be happy.

3.) Lexi's death

Alright, this whole episode put me through too much turmoil and I cannot get myself to watch it again. Lexi deserved to be happy and they just took it all away, and the way Meredith cries afterwards is just the saddest thing ever

4.) When Denny died after proposing to Izzie

Just when you think everything is ok, it's not. Nothing is ok and the couple you were rooting for gets torn apart.

5.) And then he comes back because Izzie has a brain tumor

This had me questioning everything, like, is Denny back from the dead? No. Of course not. Izzie has a brain tumor, and Denny is the manifestation of it. As if our hearts weren't in enough pain.

6.) When Christina leaves

I almost stopped watching Greys after this point, I was so mad that Christina was leaving and we would never get to see her again. She added so much to the show and made me want to have a friend as loyal as her. At least they danced it out.

7. McDreamy's death

This should probably be number 2. When this happened I sat in disbelief for like an hour just staring at my television. I was convinced it was a dream that Meredith was having, but nope. Nothing can ever go right in Shondaland

8.) When Derek and Mer finally get Zola

This is one of the few times I cried over something happy. of course there were weddings that made me cry but this always makes me sob because Derek is so happy that they get to rescue that cute little baby.

9.) The hospital shooting

I mean COME ON. This whole episode was an emotional roller coaster, I can't even break it all down. If you haven't watched it yet, go do that right now.

10.) When Jackson and April's son dies

I honestly couldnt believe that Jackson and April ended up together first of all and then to deal with the happiness of her announcing her pregnancy only to find out that the baby had a fatal illness was terrible to watch.

I'm obviously way too involved in this show, but there is no going back now.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
