10 Reasons Why Everyone Should Do Yoga
Edit Sztazics

Over the past year, I have become mildly obsessed with yoga. For me, yoga has become so much more than a workout. It is my way of challenging not only my body but my mind. Yoga allows me to destress when I need a break and let out energy when I'm feeling restless. After experiencing all the glorious benefits of yoga first hand, I truly believe everyone should give it a try.

1. It's a major stress reliever

Yoga teaches you how to let go of the day and any worries you have, leaving you in a Zen state.

2. Improves your flexibility

Most yoga moves integrate flexibility training, which means you'll become a human pretzel after practicing for long enough.

3. You don't have to socialize during class

If you would rather not have to socialize while you're red in the face and sweaty all over, yoga is for you.

4. Improves your breathing

A huge part of yoga is learning to control your breath and how to use it to prompt movements. Mastering your breath in yoga can also help you while going about your day.

5. Improves your balance

No matter what kind you choose to do, every practice requires balance. Overtime, you'll become a total balance master.

6. It's perfect for people with joint issues

Yoga is known for being gentle on the joints. If you have arthritis or other joint issues, yoga may be the perfect activity for you.

7. It's completely customizable

Feeling tired? Opt for a gentle and calming flow. Want a major sweat session? Go for hot yoga!

8. Improves your mental health

Each practice incorporates some type of meditation, allowing you to learn how to control your thoughts. Soon enough, you'll have an array of tactics to combat stress, anxiety, and even depression.

9. It's a challenge

Learning new poses takes a lot of time and dedication. You might become frustrated, but it's all part of the challenge.

10. It's fun!

Some people may think it's bring or just plain weird, but once you begin to practice, you won't want to stop.

Epic Creation Myths: Norse Origins Unveiled

What happened in the beginning, and how the heavens were set in motion.

The Norse Creation Myth

Now, I have the everlasting joy of explaining the Norse creation myth. To be honest, it can be a bit kooky, so talking about it is always fun. The entire cosmos is included in this creation myth, not just the earth but the sun and the moon as well. This will be a short retelling, a summary of the creation myth, somewhat like I did with Hermod's ride to Hel.
