2. Your house has a Patriots "man cave."
Not only do us Patriots fans love wearing Patriots apparel, but we also love decorating around the house! If you don't have a Patriots "man cave" there is Patriots decor hanging around in some part of your house. The more the better!
3. You think the season begins in the AFC Championship game.
The Patriots have played in the AFC Championship game for five consecutive years. Can you blame us for automatically assuming this is where we will end up? Of course we get excited for every game of the year, but Patriots fan's will truly get crazy at the start of the AFC Championship games!
4. You are arrogant and confident.
Patriots fans aren't scared of anyone. No matter what our record, we believe we can beat anybody. We go into every game with a positive attitude and you'll never hear a fan say "I think we are going to lose this one." Trust me, we're ready for whatever the NFL throws at us.
5. You're not used to losing.
The Patriots don't lose often, but when they do we don't take it very lightly. We're known for leaving the room in silence, or simply saying "I don't want to talk about it." Those damn refs, they must have done something to screw us over ... why did we just lose to the Miami Dolphins?
6. You are used to having half your team injured.
Is it really a Patriots game if one of our players doesn't get hurt? As soon as a referee's whistle blows a Patriots fan thinks to themselves, "Who's hurt now?" But as long as everyone is healthy for playoffs ... that's all we really care about.
7. Life stops every time Gronk doesn't get up right away.
Gronkowski is on the ground and doesn't seem to be getting up...suddenly your world stops. "Please get up ... come on, come on! We need you!" Fans will shout. We are so protective over Gronkowski its like he's our own child.
8. You compare every quarter back in the NFL to Tom Brady.
Everyone that isn't a Patriots fan: "Tom Brady is a girl."
"If that were Tom Brady being hit the referees would be throwing flags all over the place!"
