Sometimes people just stink. I mean, they really can just be total buzz kills. But you know what is never sad to see you, loves hugs and kisses, and can turn any day around immediately? Dogs, of course! Dogs are the best kind of people, especially puppies, and here are the best reasons why.

1. You always have a napping buddy.

2. They are always happy to see you.

3. They are up for all kinds of fun.

4. You can dress them up.

5. They love babies.

6. They won't ever bail on a (play) date.

7. They love to smile.

8. They love to snuggle.

9. They are smarter than most people.

10. They are full of surprises.

11. They will support your eating habits.

12. You will never feel alone.

13. They will always protect you.

14. They always have your back.

15. They are personal house cleaners.

16. You always have a participant in your shenanigans.

17. They support your morning laziness.

18. They are great listeners.

19. They give you unconditional love.

20. They come in all shapes and sizes, and each one is the best friend you could ever have.

Questions of your existence start roaming in your mind. Am I even cut out for college if I can’t write a single paper? Am I even capable of taking care of myself if I lack the energy to open my laptop and start typing?
