King of Prussia, Pennsylvania is a unique semi-urban area about half an hour outside of Philadelphia. It bears one of the largest malls in the country, a national park, and tons of dining options. KOP is home to numerous hotels and tourist attractions but also has residential communities and schools. Many pass through KOP every day, but here are a few situations you'll resonate with if you're from there.

1. When you tell people where you’re from, their eyes get wide and they scream “OHHHH I’VE BEEN THERE. I LOVE THAT MALL!”

People recognize the mall from all over the country.

2. You’re always debating whether to go to the Wawa on Prince Frederick or the Wawa on 202.

It usually depends on which one is on the way to your destination. I’m more of a Prince Frederick kind of girl.

3. You return to Upper Merion schools even though you’re well out of middle and high school.

Whether you’re visiting your favorite teachers or checking out the Homecoming game, it’s always a fun time to return to good ‘ol UM.

4. The opening of the new Target was a blessing.

I’m actually a mom in her 40’s trapped in a 19-year-old’s body. I adore Target, and I don’t care who knows it.

5. When you need a scenic background, Valley Forge Park is your go-to place.

Whether for prom pictures or a school project, the arch provided a lovely background for your captured memories.

6. You’ve had all sorts of dining experiences.

King of Prussia has a wide variety of restaurant choices. You’ve had everything from Seasons 52 to McDonald’s at midnight.

7. Your parent is on a board for the township.

Yep. My dad is included.

8. You dread 422 because there’s always roadwork being done.

When I say always, I mean always. My knuckles are white and I sweat like nobody’s business as I drive through the work zones.

9. You treasure road trips to Lancaster and Philadelphia.

Because it’s nice to get away for a while.

10. You are a master at maneuvering through parking lots.

I actually prepare for my life to end when I’m in a Wawa, Henderson Square, or mall parking lot. You must have eyes in the back and on the sides of your head.

11. When people ask where you're from, you often say "Right outside of Philly."

Although that can mean a number of places.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
