We all have at least one TV show that we can't help but get invested in. For a large portion of the crime drama loving population, "Criminal Minds" is considered #1 on the list. Reasons range from the heart pounding scenes where the team is about to catch an UnSub, to the heart-wrenching bonding moments that they share. The cast definitely knows how to reel you in to the point where you feel like a part of the CM family.

1. You know they will always be there for each other.

One thing that resonates with a lot of people that watch the show is the consistent expression of love and compassion that they have towards one another. They know in the seconds before they break in a door to rescue a victim that every member of the team has each other's back. They will jump in front of bullets, be a supporter when someone tries to talk down an UnSub, and even serve as a godfather to a child of a team member. Who wouldn't want a friend like that as a part of your group?

2. They tease each other like only best friends do.

Throughout the show, members of the team pick on each other. It could be a practical joke, or revenge for one, but either way it usually gives us one hilarious scene. However, as soon as someone else chimes in or threatens a member, all the rest jump on the outsider. The sibling protectiveness is coveted for great friendships.

3. Each member is incredibly smart.

Although Reid undoubtedly has the highest IQ, all of the members of the team are crazy smart. Each one has their own way of thinking and that makes for one great, crime-fighting power team. Although not every friend in your squad is a genius, they all have their different ways of thinking as well.

4. Likewise, the team has great individual talents.

Garcia is a wizard tech analyst. Derek Morgan is the muscle behind the brains. Reid has an eidetic memory and remembers literally everything he reads. JJ is a wizard with the press and also has bad ass defensive skills. Hotchner acts as the strong backbone of the team and voice of leadership. Prentiss has communications all over the world. Basically they add up to the ultimate dream team. #Goals

5. They know how to have fun after work is done.

Go to work, catch bad guy, come back home, sleep a little, wake up and repeat. Although sometimes it can seem as though work dictates their lives (which it kind-of does), they also know how to have fun. Cooking classes together, trips to the bar for a night out and some times even a vacation (although from experience their vacations end up as cases) are just some examples of the fun times the team has had outside of work.

6. You know they will find you if you get taken/disappear/get lost/get framed for murder.

Kidnapped and tortured to get a government code? They'll find you. Framed for murder? They will find the truth. Anything that life, criminals or the BAU can throw their way, they have each other's back through it all. The ever-constant support system is something that all friendships should experience.

In the words of Helen Keller, "The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or touched -- they must be felt with the heart." That definitely goes for the bonds of friendships that are strong enough to fulfill the phrase #squadgoals.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
