The Fascinating Features Of People

People are an interesting facet of life. They create social norms and laws to follow, and they are all around us wherever we go. People developed much of modern society and how the world works today, and they set up an important part of the human experience. They work together to make the world function properly, and they are similar to each other in numerous ways. They share body parts such as a nose or stomach, and they also possess a brain and a heart. People need to eat, sleep and accomplish various tasks to get them through the day. Everyone wants to have a particular substance in life, whether it is friends or happiness. People are comparable to each other in many ways.

However, people are so different at the same time. Some people get excellent grades, work hard in school and wind up going to an Ivy League college, graduating with an excellent career in the future. Others simply drift through school, not really earning much more than C's and D's in their classes and just living through the motions. Some people are outgoing and have innumerable amount of friends, whereas others are quiet and prefer to keep to themselves. One person can be nice and honest, whereas another person is ruthless and inconsiderate.

Next, people interpret life differently. One person alone fits into so many types and personalities, and people are unpredictable. You can't control how they react to events in the world, and seemingly insignificant details could drastically impact how someone thinks or even lives. A simple midday lunch with a good friend could be a place of bad memories for one person, and getting accepted into a well-paying job is blissful for some and extremely stressful for others. People have a multitude of reactions and values, and their perceptions of the world differ massively.

Finally, the differences of people make life into a wild, erratic and often frustrating experience. They could be your best friends or your worst enemies. A person could go out of their way to help you with internships, or they could cast you aside as soon as they turn off their cell phone. There are days where you want to be around people and socialize with anyone that you meet. There will also be times when they make even small tasks into a frustrating ordeal. People can be helpful and difficult, and they bring positive and negative facets into your life.

In conclusion, people are interesting beings. Even though they cooperate with each other to achieve certain goals and desires, people have numerous differences to them. People take many paths in life, and those paths are wide-ranging and diverse. People look at the world in various manners, and their reactions to the world diverge immensely. They can also impact how you view the world around you, in addition to being beneficial or destructive. In general, people are a unique and always intriguing chunk of life, and they make the world into a captivating place.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
