Thoughts You Have While Watching Gossip Girl

Gossip Girl is probably a show that you've marathoned on Netflix. It's all about snobby, rich kids who (mostly) get everything handed to them and you have absolutely nothing in common with them. But, you can't help but get sucked into their absolutely crazy world. Maybe it's the allure of the unknown that makes this show so lovable, but you can't help but love, hate, and/or obsess over the cast of characters. Here are some thoughts I'm sure were running through your head while watching this elite pack of friends take over New York City.

1. How did you all frequent the bars every night while still in high school? Doesn’t underage drinking apply to you?


2. I love Jenny Humphrey! ...no wait, never mind

3. Is there a party every night on the Upper East Side?

4. Dan, how stupid can you be to believe Georgina?

5. Isn’t it weird that all of you have dated each other?

6. I need to find the Serena to my Blair. So we can prance around New York together.

7. I ship Serena and Dan. No, I ship Serena and Ben Donovan. WAIT, I ship Serena and Nate. Maybe I just ship Serena with everyone?

8. Why didn’t I have guys who look like Dan, Chuck, and Nate at my high school? Life’s just not fair.

9. Blair is still going to college even though she’s rolling in the dough? She has way more willpower and drive than I ever will.

10. Why is Chuck wasting his time with all of these other girls? Chuck and Blair are meant to be.

11. “I’m Chuck Bass.”

12. My life is so boring compared to theirs.

13. How does Serena’s family even have all of their money? Where does it come from?

14. Eric van der Woodsen deserves the best boyfriend.

15. I wish I could just decide one day that I want to go to Paris for the whole entire summer.

16. How do they have all of this time outside of going to college and attending classes? I can’t even find time to nap.

17. Are there people who actually have a life like this?

18. I wish I had their squad as my friends. They can basically take over the world.

19. What does being a socialite even mean?

20. Chuck is so romantic. Why can’t I have him?

21. I want to live in New York City now. Look how much fun they’re having!

22. This show is so strangely addicting.

23. I DON’T TRUST ANYONE IN THIS SHOW. Everyone has an agenda.

24. Dorota is one of the most underrated characters.

25. Why is Vanessa still here?

26. There is no way that’s who Gossip Girl is.

27. I’m obsessed with this show.
