Being a double major has its pros and cons. On the one hand, you become more of a well rounded student because you are focusing on two different academic disciplines, but on the other hand, you are driving yourself insane by having to do so much more work than your single-major friends. There are things that only double majors understand, and here are 12 of those things that all double majors understand:

8. If you are a double major at a liberal arts college, then you aren't a double major. You are, however, a triple major because the number of core classes that you have to take basically add up to the amount of courses you'd have to take for any given major.
9. But being a double major is very rewarding because you become a more well rounded student.
