Being a Chicago White Sox fan in a sea of Chicago Cubs fans might be a little discouraging, and slightly uncomfortable, but here's a few things that you can always remind yourself:

1. Who would openly choose to wear red and blue? White and black is such a slick color combo.

2. We won the World Series in 2005, 1917, and 1906, where as the Cubs only won in 1907 and 1908

3. The Cubs have one of the highest priced beer in the MLB; the Cubs $7.75 vs the Sox $6.50, I know which one I'll choose

4. We still know who was on the 2005 team. How many Cubs fans can list off the 1908 team?

5. We may be out numbered, but we still always remain loyal

6. One word, tailgating. Sox fans truly know this art.

7. Sure, they have Rizzo, but we have Chris Sale

8. You can have Wrigleyville, we have the whole "Sox-side" anyways

9. Our "theme nights" are greater then any other

10. Our mascot is something like no other. Who doesn't love our green fluff ball, South Paw?

Just keep your head up Sox fans, our day will come again. At least we've won the World Series this century. GO SOX!

1. What you're pretty sure your upstairs neighbors do at 3am every morning.

Supportive and spontaneous human beings are the best.

Theater Kids

Throughout school, the theater department has always been my go-to place with go-to people when I need advice, a dance party, or just someone to listen to me vent.

You never know what's going to happen when you're dealing with theatre or what kind of characters you'll encounter. We have too much fun doing anything! One time in my senior year acting class, we spent an entire class period watching Bob's Burgers, and it was the greatest class period ever.

In honor of Mother’s Day, I have been thinking of all the things my mom does for my family and me. Although I couldn’t write nearly all of them, here are a few things that moms do for us.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

10 Reasons To Thank Your Best Friend

Take the time to thank that one friend in your life you will never let go of.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Everybody gets sick once in a while, but getting sick while in college is the absolute worst. You're away from home and your mom who can take care of you and all you really want to do is just be in your own bed. You feel like you will have never-ending classwork to catch up on if you miss class, so you end up going sick and then it just takes longer to get better. Being sick in college is really tough and definitely not a fun experience. Here are the 15 stages that everyone ends up going through when they are sick at college.
