Why Kanye Is A Great Source For Inspiration

He will stumble and get right back up.

Why Kanye Is A Great Source For Inspiration

Sometimes people falter. You're snuggling up on your messy bed, head on pillow, clutching that cool side. Then there's the real problem. It's just your thoughts and the ceiling: mano a mano. You didn't jump on an opportunity and you wonder about the what-could-have-been. You wanted to say something but let it slide and moved on with your day. Would it have been the end of the world to introduce yourself to that cute guy? What about noticing the girl's shoes? She wouldn't have minded a nice compliment on those pearly flats with the little designs in them that give off a quirky feeling.

You know who says stuff that he probably shouldn't? You know who we could all take a lesson from?

Alright just kidding. It's Kanye West.

Now, here's why. The man has a persona. A brand. Just for his ego. Kanye does what he wants. In truth, shouldn't you do what you want because you can? Kanye has stepped on a few toes to get where he's at...

However, the man gives a good lesson about everything. Now, if he didn't say anything, he wouldn't stay relevant. His passion doesn't stop. He's pretty vocal on his Twitter:

He's always trying to be the best and give the best. Kanye is trying to be the best Kanye can be so Kanye can keep being Kanye. The man gives out more apologies than he really should have to over Twitter.

I would like to publicly apologize to Beck, I’m sorry Beck.

This was back when Kanye was pretty upset the artist Beck received the Grammy for Best Album of the Year for 2014. He also made another apology, surprisingly.

Now unfortunately Kanye deleted some tweets with Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose, but he also apologized to them after arguing it out on Twitter. He claimed to own Wiz's kid for being involved with Amber before Wiz and Amber were dating. Once the smoke cleared, he deleted everything and issued his apology.

Pretty common thing so far. Speak out, reel it back in, and speak some more. The guy doesn't stop and he definitely doesn't have a PR person. Regardless, the man has passion and isn't stopping anytime soon. When it's you and the ceiling again sharing the worst moments of your life, at least now you can think: "What would Kanye do?"

The answer is to tweet.

Christmas Tree

Now that Halloween is over, it's time to focus on the Holiday Season. Don't get me wrong, I think Thanksgiving is great and can't wait for it, but nothing gives me greater joy than watching Freeform's 25 Days of Christmas, lighting peppermint scented candles, decking the halls, and baking gingerbread cookies. So while we approach the greatest time of the year, let's watch the 15 best Christmas movies of all time.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

Being pre-med is quite a journey. It’s not easy juggling school work, extracurricular activities, volunteering, shadowing, research, and MCAT prep all at the same time. Ever heard of “pain is temporary, but GPA is forever?” Pre-meds don’t just embody that motto; we live and breathe it. Here are 10 symptoms you’re down with the pre-med student syndrome.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
