13 Thoughts You'll Have After Finishing a Series on Netflix

In a world where Netflix becomes more and more popular each day, final thoughts and demands from ended shows are also increasing. Sometimes the series ends on a cliffhanger that opens up a spin-off series or even an option for a reunion down the road. Either way, nostalgia always accompanies that last episode of the nine season series that you've invested months watching. After finishing an amazing TV series on Netflix, people are often left with some final thoughts and questions.

1. Oh my gosh, that series was perfect.

The guy. The girl. The comedy. The friendships. The breakups. The mistakes. The life lessons. They all added together to create a wonderful story.

2. What happened to ______?

Small characters often get left out of the end, but that doesn't mean we don't wonder how their story ended.

3. What other series and movies those actors and actresses played in?

Because you can't imagine life without them.

4. How would this quote look on a canvas?

5. This creator is a genius.

I have to thank whoever came up with this glorious series.

6. What can get better than that?

This is a subjective question because there's more than one series that will speak to you. However, this series spoke to you when you were at a specific point in your life. For that reason, it will always be special. When you're going through a tough time that the characters dealt with, you'll rewatch your favorite episodes and get that same feeling you had when you first watched it.

7. Where's my ________?

Whether this blank is filled with the best friend from the series or the person you wish was your significant other, you find yourself wishing that at least one person was in your life. If you get really addicted to the series, you'll wish they were all in your life.

8. I called the ending, but it still didn't stop me from crying.

Even when your mind knows what's going to happen, it doesn't stop your emotions from showing themselves.

9. ________ has to watch this!

Because you can't watch something and not suggest it to your sibling, best friend, or relative.

10. My life is over.

No it's not. Only the series is over. Unless you're watching Grey's Anatomy. In that case, the series still isn't over.

11. What do I do now?

Whatever you want. It might take you half an hour or so to compose yourself, but you'll figure it out.

12. Will there be a reunion?

It seems like reunions have been more popular recently. Gilmore Girls will have four more long episodes coming our way. High School Musical just had their 10-year reunion. Fuller House comes out on February 26th. And that's just a few. If this trend continues, who knows? Maybe there will be a reunion after all.

13. Thank you for the life lessons.

Whether it was a character's parent passing away, a marriage, or a group of friends drifting apart, one event will make you take at least one life lesson away. You'll carry this with you wherever you go and never forget it. After all, you watched nine seasons, so you had to get something out of it.

Once you've been through all of these thoughts and analyzed every answer you could come up with, you're ready to move on to your next series. Good luck choosing! You'll need it.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
