1. The First-Time Shoppers
There are always going to be the first-time shoppers that take their chances with the chaotic atmosphere that is Black Friday shopping. When you glance up and see their doe-eyed faces in complete panic as they look into the pits of people fighting over DVDs and video games, or other early Christmas gifts for family members.
2. The Realist
These people tend to be the most prepared for the holiday madness, they prepare for how busy each store will be and make a day out of Black Friday shopping, while making sure their priorities of the day were completed before they went.
3. The Splurger
This type of person tends to buy whatever they want when they want it. If they can see themselves using it at all in the near future, they buy it, no matter the cost. They tend to use the excuse "I'm saving a lot of money already, so why not?" Along with buying a lot of stuff, they buy expensive items.
4. The Slob
These are every retail worker's nightmare. They shuffle through the clothes, messing up anything folded while shuffling through the racks and knocking displays over. They tend to focus more on making a mess instead of finding deals, but it could be taken as multitasking in both fields.
5. The Techie
Rather than looking at most stores like Target, these shoppers hit up the nearest Best Buy for all
the tech presents they can find. Black Friday has many deals for cameras, TVs and Apple products, so these shoppers take advantage of that.
6. The Fashionista
Rather than focusing on the technology or home goods, these shoppers focus on shopping for all clothing, shoes, and accessory sales. They also go hand in hand with the slobs, as they are trying to find their sizes and styles that they had wanted to find when first introduced to these sale ideas.
7. The Time Crunchers
To these shoppers, time is no object. By fitting time into visits for multiple stores, these shoppers use as much of the 24 hours as possible. They use the whole day as a day of shopping for gifts for the family and friends rather than going into another post-Thanksgiving dinner coma.
8. The Campers
Starting on Thanksgiving night, these shoppers set up tents and sleeping bags outside of their favorite stores and malls just so they can be the first ones to get the best deals and be the first in line for them. Black Friday is no joke for these shoppers.
9. The Family People
Black Friday may not always be the best time to go shopping with the family for deals, but, there are some families that do this. Rather than shopping until you drop, there are families that bring aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, and the entire family to explore stores and malls.
10. The Know-It-Alls
Most of these people tend to go shopping on Black Friday every year, so they develop a sense of calmness while amidst the madness in each aisle of the stores. However, whenever someone asks a simple question that they should know the answer to, these people jump at the chance to answer the question and shove their knowledge down the other person's throat.
11. The Millionaires
Like the Splurgers, money is no object for these shoppers. They can really shop until they drop and not have to stop and think about the prices they are paying for the certain objects they are looking to purchase. When these people shop, they shop to impress and buy whatever they would like.
Black Friday may bring out the best and worst of people, and you are bound to see someone behaving in one of these ways on one of the craziest shopping days in the Holiday season.
