Whether you know the brotherhood's secret handshake, code word, or have had the initiation oath memorized since freshman year, sometimes a girl can't help but fall into the "groupie" category. I get it, I've been there.
If four or more of these describes you, it's time to embrace your groupie status.
- You have the door lock code to get into their fraternity house memorized.
- They call you "Brother *insert your last name*"
- Your mom asks how the Kappa's are doing. By name.
- You drop off baked goods for all brotherhood meetings and birthdays.
- Every party's jungle juice is flavored to your liking.
- Their national advisor has you on speed dial.
- You go to all of their mixers, even when your sorority isn't their match-up.
- You are their sweetheart. For the third year in a row.
- Their house manager has asked you to start paying for a percentage of utilities.
- There is a chapter bylaw prohibiting you from being your sorority's social chair (What's so wrong about mixing with Kappa again?!)
- You took the frat hound to puppy training classes.
- You have a permit to their parking lot on your car.
- You have their letters on your car.
