11 Reasons Carpool Karaokes Are The Best Interviews Ever
Late Late Show

James Corden, host of "The Late Late Show," is the hilarious and creative man behind "Carpool Karaoke" interviews. It does not matter if you are or aren't a fan of the celebs he interviews in his car, because by the end of the carpool karaoke, you will find yourself looking at those people with a newfound respect. Maybe you'll end up downloading some of their songs, and watching other interviews too. As for the carpool karaokes of the celebrities you already love, you'll find yourself re-watching the interview at any chance you get. Here are 11 reasons why James Corden's Carpool Karaoke's are the best interviews ever.

1. The lack of pressure brings out authentic personalities, showing viewers what our favorite celebs are really like.

There is a lot of laughter, smiling, and singing. There isn't much room for filtering and nerves because the interview is basically a casual conversation with some singing involved.

2. Viewers learn about various hidden talents of celebrities through the car interviews.

Did you know that Chris Martin impersonates other singers in his concerts to get the crowd rowdy? Did you know he does a killer Mick Jagger impersonation? How about Sia -- did you know that she can balance a dozen eggs on the back of her hands? You probably didn't, and wouldn't, know this, but now you do thanks to James Corden's carpool karaokes.

3. Viewers get to watch performances of our favorite songs and see pure emotion radiate from each singer.

Unfortunately not all of us will be able to see the talented Jennifer Hudson in person, but thanks to James Corden we can say that we've heard her sing, "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going" in an intimate setting. And I'm confident we all had goosebumps as we sat there, in awe, just like James.

4. We learned that there is a way to make karaoke more enjoyable (and hilarious) -- by accessorizing!

5. When fans don’t get the music videos they want, James Corden makes sure the music videos are created and shared.

One Direction fans banded together to make "No Control" a success when the band's management decided not to make "No Control" a single, and James decided that the lack of a music video to that song was a tragedy. He took matters into his own hands and put together a music video fans will never forget.

6. James takes full advantage of each interviewee’s talent, which we vicariously live through.

We will never have the chance to have Jennifer Hudson sing our fast food order, but James had the opportunity and he jumped on it. Thank you for that, James!

7. James picks the bests songs for the celebs to sing along to.

James doesn't waste any time or energy; if you're going to sing songs in the car with a singer, might as well sing some of the best songs they have ever written and performed.

8. It's hilarious to watch celebs react to James' talented singing voice.

He was cast in "Into The Woods" as the Baker for a reason, people!

9. And it's even more funny when he messes up while singing lyrics.

It's OK, James. It happens to the best of us.

10. He jumps on participating in funny, creative opportunities without worrying about his image or ego.

James took advantage of laying in a motel bed with Chris Martin --something many people (including myself) would kill to do. Props to you, James, for making it happen and capturing it on camera. I wish I was you.

11. He gives fans the opportunity to see what kind of passenger each celeb is.

Adele and Louis Tomlinson, for instance, are passengers who tend to look out the window very often. Very interesting.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
