10 Starbucks Drinks As Different Sororities

It's officially fall, and if there's one thing a girl loves more than autumn, it's her Starbs. Fortunately, Starbucks comes in a slew of flavors, temperatures, and sizes that are all misnomers (Tall, Grande, and Venti? Ok, Starbucks—you do you). In spite of all this, everyone has found their go-to drink that satisfies those mid-afternoon cravings, and what many have come to find is that every drink corresponds to a distinct and unique personality. Here is what your order may say about you and your chapter:

1. Strawberry Smoothie - Delta Zeta

Just like DZ, you simply can't go wrong with a fun Strawberry Smoothie, because there is simply so much it has to offer: it's sweet and comforting, offering the perfect balance for outgoing individuals who need some time to slow down between classes. Not to mention it's pink! ("Pretty in pink, perfect in pearls, everyone loves a Delta Zeta girl!")

2. Sweet Tea Lemonade - Pi Beta Phi

Definitely a twist on two classic drinks, the Sweet Tea Lemonade would make the perfect Pi Phi by bringing out a classy and sociable side to any caffeine addict. Due to the balance of sweet and tangy, Sweet Tea Lemonades definitely has a gregarious side, like its Pi Phi counterpart.

3. Café Con Leche - Kappa Alpha Theta

Like a Theta, a Cafe con Leche is easy-going and smooth, giving off a sense of maturity that everyone admires. Furthermore, that laid-back attitude helps balance the on-the-go temperament that seems to afflict our society.

4. Peppermint Mocha - Kappa Delta

Peppermint Mochas are absolutely heart-warming on a cold day, making them the ultimate companion during the holidays, like a KD. Additionally, Kappa Delta's tend to go outside their comfort zones to try something new, so pairing them with a Peppermint Mocha makes for a perfect duo.

5. Hot Chocolate - Delta Delta Delta

Although it tends to be underestimated, there has always been something so classic and comforting about a a warm cup of hot cocoa, two traits that can be found in every Tri-Delta.

6. Vanilla Latte - Alpha Chi Omega

As Starbucks' most popular drink, it's hard to find fault with the Vanilla Latte, making it the perfect A-Chi-O. Whether its their dependability, consistency, or distinct idiosyncrasy, Alpha Chi Omegas, like Vanilla Lattes, have it together.

7. Cappuccino - Kappa Kappa Gamma

Meticulous, but indecisive, KKG's tend to pick the classic Cappuccino, a drink that can keep them grounded, yet satisfied. Although it's a crowd-pleaser, it's not hard to see why: there's something about a Cappuccino that seems to inspire those creative Kappas.

8. Hazelnut Frappuccino - Zeta Tau Alpha

Stylish trend-setters, Zetas go-to drinks are the Hazelnut Frapps. They're spontaneity and exuberance is definitely embodied in Starbs' famous Frappuccinos, a drink that is sure to keep them energized for their on-the-go lives.

9. Caramel Macchiato - Gamma Phi Beta

Cool and multidimensional, a Caramel Macchiato would totally rock those G-Phi vibes (and look good doing it)! Thus, a Gamma Phi Beta's attention to detail and creativity can only be represented by this caffeine-induced addiction.

10. Dirty Chai - Chi Omega

Just when you thought you were getting a taste of something sweet, you start to feel that kick of energy from the shots of espresso (a perfect combination for pulling another all-nighter). Thus, a dirty chai embodies the essence of a Chi Omega, in which they exude vivacity, determination, and diligence.

However, let'e be honest. Every girl has to have the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte at least once a year to satisfy that Starbs addiction.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
