It seems that whenever Adele appears in an interview, awards show or on stage, she never fails to deliver some of the funniest lines (and offer some of the best life advice). Here are 12 times she did just that, making us want to be her best friend.

1. When she flawlessly rapped Nicki Minaj's verse in "Monster."

2. When she didn't hold back on her recent prank for Ellen.


3. When she delivered this dig with a laugh.


4. When she Instagrammed the most relatable gym selfie of all time.
