1. Triplets
These three athletes have been together since day one and have some how worked a system that no team will ever be able to beat. You go Triplets. Tampa Bay loves you.
2. WE ARE THE THUNDER
Tampa Bay Lightning Fans have made television multiple times for the consistent dedication. Fans always show up to the airport when they are flying home from a win or lose to show their support. They will crowd in front of the arena at 1 a.m. in order to hopefully get a $50 ticket for them to stand up in a rowdy crowd on the top level. Fans will also bring tailgate gear and show up to the arena six or more hours before the game to claim their spot to watch the game on Thunder Alley, a big wall on the side of the arena that plays the game off a projector and not to mention the many, many fan videos from watching parties at SOHO bars and home.
3. Ben Bishop – enough said.
This beautiful 6'7, 209 pound man has caught the attention of hockey fans nationwide. He will block any puck coming his way. With his size and his skill, you may think he doesn't need anything else to stand out on the ice, but you would be wrong. Look for his glow in the dark bolt mask in the next game! Benny Bishop Chant!
4. The Tampa Bay Lightning is the definition of the under dog.
They have only won the cup once in 2004 and therefore they receive a lot of negative attention from the media, but this year may change that. #StanleyNeedsATanAgain
5. There is only one athlete on the team who has previously won the cup!
His name is Valtteri Filppula, but he unfortunately won the cup with the Red Wings in 2008. Keep an eye out for this Tampa Bay Lightning team because this is just the beginning! They are all young and thirsty for their first Stanley Cup!
6. Charity
Every game the Lightning Foundation gives away $50,000 to a community hero within The Tampa Bay area. This program launched in 2011 by the Tampa Bay Lightning manager and his wife as a way to give back to those who dedicate their lives to giving back to our community. TB Lightning Community Heroes
7. The Lightning sure knows how to put on a show for their fans.
They have everything from electricity machines conducting real lightning above the ice to a full light show that only gets better as the show goes on.

10. Tampa Bay just straight up wants the cup!
Does your team have a remix to "Uptown Funk?" Or this sick of a pump up video?
