Taylor Swift has taken the world by storm ever since the release of her fifth album,“1989” in 2014. Along with the album, there is always a world tour for Swift. To make the 1989 World Tour the best of the best, Taylor has surprise guests for her loving fans every show.
Considering Taylor Swift has been touring for more than six months at this point, there have been so many stars that have been invited to Swift’s concerts. I’m going to narrow down the most surprising, exciting and just straight up awesome guests that make you wish you were going to one of her concerts.
1. Selena Gomez
Taylor and Selena performed “Good For You,” Gomez’s newest single, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The two best friends officially became best friend goals for the all of mankind after the concert. I mean, what is cooler than singing on stage with your superstar BFF in front of thousands of people.
2. Ellen DeGeneres
Ellen came out on stage during “Style” with her own version of Taylor’s glittered-out outfit. They both strutted their stuff down the runway, and lets be real, anytime Ellen is involved you know it has to be a good time.
3. Mick Jagger
Nashville, Tennessee was bound to be amazing considering it is one of the nation’s biggest music cities, and Taylor's hometown, so Swift knew she had to bring out the big guns with her guest. And Taylor didn’t fail, bringing out Mick Jagger to sing “I Can’t Get No Satisfaction.”
4. Idina Menzel
On Halloween, Taylor had her concert in Tampa, Florida and invited the Frozen singer to preform “Let it Go” in front of the crowd. One of the first times “Let it Go” was performed live beside at award shows (how cool). And of course, the two dressed up in costume for the holiday.
5. Imagine Dragons
Detroit, Michigan was the begging of guest appearances for the 1989 World Tour with Imagine Dragons singing their hit, “Radioactive.” Shout out to the Imagine Dragons for starting something beautiful for the Swifties (term for Taylor Swift’s fans).
