Recently Chipotle Mexican Grill had an E.coli outbreak that made 39 people sick in Washington and Oregon. Though it is a tragedy that this happened, we should take a moment to remember why we still, and always will love Chipotle.

1. Everything just looks so good.

As you wait in line you contemplate what you are going to get and then end up making a spur of the moment decision. Burrito? Bowl? Quesadilla? Tacos? SO MANY OPTIONS. All of which will satisfy your hunger in every way.

My advice: Get the burrito because like they say “It is not just a burrito. It’s a foil wrapped, hand-crafted, local farm supporting, food culture changing cylinder of deliciousness.”

2. Saying "I am so full” is just a waste of breath.

Do not try to kid yourself. You will most likely eat all of the food on your plate with not one regret. Your mind is telling you how full you are, but your heart is telling you “can’t stop, won’t stop” because it taste so heavenly.

3. It is quick and convenient.

I will admit sometimes the line can be a little lengthy, but let’s be honest, can you blame all of the people for coming? It is just that good! It is one of the many food lines that people do not mind waiting in. Since 2014 there has been 1,783 Chipotles opened so chances are there is one near you.

4. “Mild, medium or hot?” I want it all.

The decisions get better and better. There is no doubt that one has ever tasted something as good as their guacamole and sour cream. Whatever combination you desire will leave your mouth watering, or maybe on fire if you like it a little spicy.

5. "Food with Integrity”

Despite the recent E.coli outbreak, Chipotle has made more of an effort than most food chains to offer high-quality food to their customers. On the rare occasion that they are in low supply of non-commercial meats, they make sure to let their customers know before eating it.

Chipotle cut off all business with their pork supplier due to violating their core animal welfare standards. They truly care about their the quality of their food and the health of our planet.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
