They always say if you want a job done right, get a woman to do it first.

Besides all of the presidential nominees, I think there is one nominee that was perhaps too posh, too busy and, frankly, too qualified to run for office during the 2016 Election.

Ladies and Gentleman, I present:

Claire Underwood

Her slicked back hair, powerful words, sleek legs topped with sky-high heels and powerful husband make her an immediate possibility for our presidency.

Why should you vote Underwood?

1. Survived an Abusive Relationship

Everyone knows that Frank is a crooked, evil man with only intending to make a name for himself. However, in season three, Frank abuses Claire to her absolute breaking point with his foul words of ridicule and manipulation. However, instead of simply crying in the corner wondering how she could ever leave, Claire tightens her bra strap and walks right out on the president of the United States. As he calls her name with his powerful, mighty and thunderous voice vibrating through the room, Claire continues to walk with ease and poise through the camera frame and into a new life.

2. Constant Motivation

After becoming Ambassador for the United States, running a successful non-profit and leaving Frank, Claire finds herself running for Congresswomen for her district in Dallas, Texas. She didn't need Frank and his authority to go and try to make a name. This woman did not wait for a go-ahead or another person to make a move. She is motivated and assured in herself to be the best she can be and will be.

3. Excellent International Skills

Claire's charm has taken her to new heights and new relationships. Unlike Frank, who only wants to get business done his way, Claire seeks a consensus in every negotiation regardless if it's with a captive, prisoner, or the president of the notorious Russia. However, she is not weak. Claire, time and time again, has stuck to her guns and has fired multiple times in the most deadly and immediate fashion without Franks help.

4. Seeks Solutions Quickly

Claire does not spend one moment on her doubts. Jumping in head first, Claire achieves high goals in faster timeframes than her husband. Her approval ratings are soaring. Not to mention, her ideas and plans for herself are far beyond what Frank can see. Time and time again, Frank is fooled by Claire's tricks and that's just what she wanted. She doesn't wait for your permission rather she waits for your reaction.

Next time you're at the voting booths, remembers what you want in a president. You want fierce women who can take charge, seek solutions, keep her word and push the limits that she will set and not those around her.
