Picture this: you have just finished finals and the semester is officially over. Your parents come get you from school to bring you home and you feel on top of the world! How do you describe this feeling? Through memes of course!

Let me explain. You know you have finished and/or survived finals when...

1. You write that one last paper.

It's 12 am (let's face it, maybe it's 6 am?) and you have just finished writing your last essay for finals week. Who cares what subject it is? You're done! It's edited and all finished. Victorious!

2. You compare how hectic your finals schedule was to other people's finals schedule.

My finals schedule was worse than yours!

3. Your mom or dad helps you move out of your dorm.

And if your parents bring iced coffee to you? That's just a plus.

4. Your car has so much in it that it looks like you are going on a road trip. Seriously. There's a lot of crap that you don't need in there.

Road trip! Road trip!

5. You come home and instantly are greeted with warm smiles and TLC.

When I came home, I felt so blessed to have parents that welcomed me so kindly and who were excited to have me home! We watched a Christmas movie by the fire and had a great meal. I love my parents so much. They are the best parents ever!

6. You check your final grades the next day while drinking hot cocoa with your mom and prepare for utter humiliation.

For me though, I did better than I expected!

Basically, you know that you have survived finals when you are home and are finally able to take a sigh of relief. Congratulations to everyone who has finished finals!

For the average 20-something, life moves pretty fast. You’ve got classes, friends, relationships, jobs, family, and whatever else we overcommit ourselves with. I probably should have learned to say no to adding more to my schedule a long time ago, but instead here are 11 things that can be more helpful than coffee.

Resting b***h face. Defined as a person, usually a girl, who naturally looks mean when her face is expressionless, without meaning to. Many of you suffer from this "condition." You are commonly asked what's wrong, when nothing is. What people don't know is that is just your facial expression. Here are some things they wish you knew.

College students, you might be able to relate to this one. These probably sound familiar because we often tell ourselves these phrases; however, we are unable to follow or agree with these the following, deep down inside of our overwhelmed, tired minds.

1. "No more spending money on useless things"

Until you walk into a 99 cents store and suddenly have the urge to pick up anything that's less than a dollar.

For the past few months, I have not been my usual happy-go-lucky-self for a number of reasons, but one thing that has been helping me is to think about all of the little things in my life that I am thankful for. I know this might seem really cliché, but it is so true. I cannot stress enough how much better I feel when I think about all the great people and privileges I have in my life. It makes all of the insignificant things that I am stressing about or worrying about in my head seem not nearly as bad. I have decided to make a list of 26 things (out of many more) in my life that I am especially thankful for.
