If you've been keeping up with the Bachelor this season, you know that there have been some crazy personalities (throwback to Lace). But as the contestants dwindled, it's become easier and easier to see yourself and your friends in these girls.

The Mom: Amanda

Despite her fun-loving, care-free personality, this is your friend who is wise beyond her years. She knows that life isn't all fun and games, but she's still able to kick back and relax when the time is right. You know you can always go to her with any problem, whether it's boy trouble, fashion advice, or something that's seriously bothering you. She's always there to be your sister, your mom, or your BFF depending on what you need.

The One Who Has Her Life Together: Caila

This girl is bubbly and optimistic, but also a realist. She understands herself really well and is super smart, beautiful, and driven. She can often be quite soft-spoken, but when someone or something sparks her interest she transforms into her bright, bubbly self.

The "Basic" Friend: Emily/Haley

We all have that girl friend who's just, well, basic. She goes nowhere without her iPhone, leggings and a full face of makeup. Her idea of a perfect day is probably drinking Starbucks, ordering pizza and watching "Clueless".

The Independent Badass: Jubilee

Not gonna lie, this is the friend you're all a little bit scared of. You don't want to get on her bad side because she WILL tell you off. She isn't afraid of confrontation and is always willing to go off and do her own thing if no one else will join her. You admire her confidence and independence. Sometimes wish you were a little more like her.

The Instigator: Lace

This is the friend who loves drama. Ranting about that idiotic boy who hasn't texted her back in, gasp, twenty minutes, seems to give her life. That girl who didn't hold the door for her on the way to class is now dead to her. The friend that didn't use enough emojis when texting her back was given the cold shoulder for a week. On the bright side, her rants are always a good source of entertainment.

The One The Boys Always Chase: Lauren B.

She's gorgeous, engaging and fun-loving. She makes you feel important when you talk to her and is a master at casual flirting. Guys adore her; they're like puppy dogs, constantly following her around. The most frustrating part is that she doesn't even realize and will always deny it when you comment on it.

The Humble-Bragger: Olivia

This girl loves attention and has big dreams for her future. She can always find a way to direct the spotlight back to herself. You've probably heard phrases like, "Ugh I only got a 95% on my exam, I really need to do better" or "Another guy just asked me for my number, when will they get the hint that I'm just not interested?!" Sometimes you're not really sure why you're even friends with her. She always seems to just tag along wherever you and your group go.

The Athlete: Leah

This girl is intense. She knows everything there is to know about football, but doesn't just talk the talk. When she's out tossing around a ball she's just as good as the guys. This girl can also be a bit of a gossip and isn't afraid to put her needs ahead of those around her.

Your Unexpected BFF: JoJo

You've seen this girl here and there but never really talked much. You might have known her name and even one or two general things about her. However, once you get to know her she becomes your instant BFF. She's an amazing friend and after awhile you can't even remember how you guys become friends...it just sort of happened.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
