The entire sun shined through the windows

making its appearance that day. I wish I would've

known that your wellbeing would be in danger.

I would've told you what was raging in my heart.

Knowing you, it wouldn't have mattered either way.

Your eyes could not see, but your heart

knew it was the beginning of the end.

And so, here I was, begging you to stop

this act. It could be over in a snap of a finger,

but you didn't care. You had everything on

the line and yet your decision still stood.

What were you thinking?

Your eyes could not see, but your heart

knew it was the beginning of the end.

Now there's nothing. You are nothing.

I don't know if I can ever forget what you did.

The silence in the house is deadly, and it might

be like this until God knows when.

You are responsible for this, and don't deny it.

Now, there is nothing. I feel nothing.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
