Who doesn't love a good binge marathon of "Grey's Anatomy?" I've been in love with the show ever since my friend made me watch it during winter break, and I've been hooked since. Why not combine a little astrological fun into the quirky, passionate and crazy characters from "Grey's?"

1. Aries

Aries is a quick witted, impulsive, charming and impatient sign, just like Alex Karev. Not all bad, Aries often have a childlike charm, which explains why Karev is a pediatric surgeon who fiercely defends his opinions.

2. Taurus

Taurus' are steady, reliable and practical. Owen Hunt resembles a Taurus because he is methodical in his work, stubborn in his ways and meets every challenge that comes his way.

3. Gemini

Geminis are witty, intellectual and moody. Derek Shepherd resembles a Gemini because he fights for what he believes in, has a charming personality and is beyond moody.

4. Cancer

Caring for tiny humans is not only an Arizona trait, but a Cancer trait. Cancers are emotional, sentimental and passionate.

5. Leo

Leos are proud, boastful and self-centered. Jackson resembles a Leo because he has a big ego, is a tad cocky and has a lot of pride for his work.

6. Virgo

Virgos are self-critical, nagging and analytical like Cristina Yang. Yang believes she is the best, is always right and very detail oriented.

7. Libra

Libras love to debate, look pretty and be compassionate. Mark Sloan resembles a Libra with his love for Lexi, care for Sophia and his indecisiveness.

8. Scorpio

Scorpios are quiet, cold and sensitive. Meredith has experienced bad things in life and is not the least bit afraid, and she does not easily trust others.

9. Sagittarius

Sagittarius believe in freedom, their opinions and adventure. Callie Torres works hard, defends her beliefs and adds some fire to orthopedics. She is not to be messed with.

10. Capricorn

Capricorns are hard-working, independent and determined. Ross demonstrates these qualities in his crazy intern hours and in his dedication to learning various concentrations in surgery.

11. Aquarius

Quirky, rebellious and smart, Jo resembles an Aquarius. She is not afraid to stick to her ideals, to kick a** and to get the job done with all emotions aside.

12. Pisces

Hurt by human wrongdoing, embracing spirituality and very caring, April Kepner resembles a Pisces. Kepner's Christianity, faith and dreamy disposition fit her most as a Pisces.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.
