This past weekend, I saw the most beautiful place I have ever been to in my entire life. It was absolute true paradise; it was the Amalfi Coast. During my weekend, I traveled to Positano, Capri, and Sorrento. Every single place was breath taking, the views are incredible. If there is anywhere that you should visit, it is the Amalfi Coast. I'm so thankful that I had the opportunity to be able to see it. If you ever do find yourself in this amazing place make sure to check out the following.

Positano

Try to take a boat cruise of some sort while there, the views are amazing and its really fun to be on the amazing blue water. (The water is out of this world, it is so blue, it is crazy).

When you are at Positano, spend your day at the beach. The sand is black and had rocks but mixed in are pieces of sea-glass. The water is gorgeous and so warm, take the opportunity to relax and swim.

Capri

(My favorite place from the whole weekend)

The absolute hands down most beautiful place ive ever been. The island itself is gorgeous, we took a ferry ride over and it was so pretty.

When your are on the island, take a tour. We took a boat tour that went 360 degrees around the island. We learned so much and saw the whole island. Every rock, grotto and part of Capri was mesmerizing.

My absolute favorite part of the day was the blue grotto. It was so beautiful inside, it brought me to tears. If there is one thing you do in Capri, it is this. When you go inside the grotto, you will recognize a bright, blue colored water. There are rocks under the grotto, which make the water that amazing glowing blue sensation. If your guide sings inside too, it sounds beautiful.Between the glowing blue water to our singing guide, the blue grotto lit up my trip.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
