You Like To Smile, Smiling Is Your Favorite

We all have that one friend that constantly looks angry/sad/not in a good mood always, commonly known as having RBF. But there's another kind of person... the one who is always smiling, accused of never being sad, and always approached in public with questions on directions. They're one of the best people to have around, but if you're one of those people you understand the struggle. Here are the signs you are the friend with RHP:

1. Children LOVE you

You have kids smile at you in public, or run around you constantly. You're in charge of keeping the young ones calmed at family parties, and you somehow find yourself at the kids table instead. However, you don't necessarily mind it.

2. People always assume you're really happy

Even if you're in the worst mood, you still have the biggest smile on your face. People then complain you're just hiding your feelings. Then when you actually show anything but happiness, everyone assumes you're mad at them and they don't talk to you.

3. You listen to what everyone has to say. Always.-

You look so open and inviting, that not only friends, but random strangers always assume you want to listen to what they have to say. At the end of the day you don't mind, but sometimes regardless of how nice you are, you just really don't care.

4. You can never be on your phone in peace

You could be checking your grades, looking at twitter, or googling cute cat gif's, but since you're smiling at your phone it's assumed you're texting someone you like. You then get pounded with questions, but in reality you just wanted to see some cute animals.

5. Aside from a few struggles, you're the best person to have around

You constantly radiate the best energy and happiness. Your smile is contagious and you can't help but put everyone else in a good mood! Your friends and family couldn't go a day without your happiness, and you should never go a day without showing those pearly whites.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

school
blogspot

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

eye roll

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

legally blonde
Yify

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
