Things you miss when you leave the Seacoast.

You Know You Are From The Seacoast

After going to college out of New England and far away from the amazing seacoast area of the great state of New Hampshire, I have realized a few things. Things that I miss and how NH has really impacted me.


1. DUNKS.

Dunkin' Donuts is a way of life and you don't get it until you leave. There is one on every corner of every town.



2. La Festa is the best pizza place and it is better than all those other states with their "awesome pizza."




3. You miss the miles of the beautiful leaves changing colors.




4. You miss going grocery shopping and seeing everyone you know.




5. You miss Boston Sports, Tom Brady is a God and Fenway is the most beloved ballpark.



6. Yes, I say wicked and I am Wicked Proud of it.




7. You miss actual fresh seafood.



8. I have used the line "this isn't even cold, you need to come to NH" hundreds of times.



9. You miss late nights in DTP.



10. I brag about NH and every little fun fact about it ... did you know Adam Sandler is from NH?

Writing a paper is never fun and is rarely rewarding. The writer's block, the page requirement, be specific, but don’t summarize, make sure you fixed any grammatical errors, did you even use spellcheck? and analyze, analyze, analyze.

Papers can be a major pain. They take up so much time and effort that by the end of the process you hate yourself and you hate the professor for making life so difficult. Questions of your existence start roaming in your mind. Am I even cut out for college if I can’t write a single paper? Am I even capable of taking care of myself if I lack the energy to open my laptop and start typing?
