You Can Manifest Anything You Want In Life

Have you ever had something in life that you just wanted to happen so badly? It can be as small as a text from someone you miss or something bigger, like an interview for that job you're dying to get.

Manifestation is the method of putting out what you want into the universe and then getting to watch it happen. Yes, you can create your own reality. You can create the desired outcome or future that you want. It's a few simple methods and a lot of believing.

In order to truly understand this method, The Law of Attraction must first be explained as manifestation is built off of it. Simply put, The Law of Attraction is that like things attract like things. Like energy will also attract like energy. If you put out positive vibes and all your hopes and dreams out into the universe then that is what will happen in your life.

However, if you are negative in your thinking and energy, then none of what you wish to happen will. It is training our brains to think as if the good things have already happened, that they actually will start to.

As said earlier, this concept can truly work for anything, and there are just a few simple steps to follow. The first being that your mind must be clear. Put yourself in a relaxed and neutral space where your head can be open and clear.

Once you are in that state start to visualize what it is that you want. If it's a text message, hold your phone with your eyes closed and imagine it popping up on your screen. Or if it is a job, imagine yourself working in that position.

The most important factor in this step is: emotion.

You have to truly feel the overwhelming positivity and happiness that this thing you are seeking will bring you. The more you feel, the stronger your message to the universe is.

After you have cleared your mind, visualized, and truly felt all the emotions, it is time for the last step: letting go.

A common phrase associated with these manifestation techniques is to set it and let it go. Put your message out into the universe and literally forget it. If you continue to dwell on it, how can the universe do its job?

Focus your mind on other things that make you radiate positivity and literally let yourself forget. When you least expect it, your desired outcome will truly come.

There is one last point I want to leave you with. Make sure that the message or thing you are hoping to receive is truly what you need and not what you want.

After using this technique a few times, I realized that the messages I was receiving weren't what I really needed or even truly wanted. It is hard to let go, but if you hold onto negative things there will be no room for any positive ones.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours. Finals week is upon us. It is a magical time of year during which college students everywhere flock to the library in attempt to learn a semester's worth of knowledge in only a week. For some students, it's their first time in the library all semester, maybe ever. Others have slaved away many nights under the fluorescent lights, and are slightly annoyed to find their study space being invaded by amateurs.
