We are all in the same boat right now: wanting to ace the paper or exam. Spending hours on end in the library for a grade that is simply just put on paper. Not even something that defines our worth, but to us college students it is of the utmost importance. It's scary. We dedicate so much of our college life to our schoolwork and hold ourselves to immensely high expectations. Our fear of failure is at the forefront of our minds as we give up healthy sleep and eating habits for our grades, especially during midterms and finals season. It is really easy to put ourselves down and criticize ourselves based on how much we are studying or how we do on our exams.
I know this won't eliminate your stress or pressure on yourself, but just know that in a few days finals will be over and you will have gotten through the peak stress of this year. You can do it. You will get through finals and you no matter what your grades are, you have so much worth and potential. Your grades DO NOT define you and your worth CANNOT be shaken by how well you do in school. So just know as soon as you know it finals will be over...
