Every now and again as women living in a world full of societal pressures it gets hard to remain true to yourself. We all want to feel pretty and we all secretly desire attention from the cutie in our African American Studies class. But sometimes it get hard to give yourself that confidence boost or to put a little stride in your step. I'm a strong believer in positive self affirmations so here are a few that should make you feel your absolute best!

Of course Lil Nas killed Old Town Road, hence it's longevity and popularity! But once Billy Ray Cyrus was added to the track it added that extra kick to it. You are the mozartite sports car that Cyrus rides down Rodeo in. You're popping boo!

Okay so what, maybe Popeye's did come out with a new chicken sandwich. But just like the girl who is captivating the attention of your man who doesn't know hes your man; it is a fad! Chic-Fil-A has always been clutch with the best chicken sandwiches since day one. You're killing them my good sis!

Everybody and their mama knows Maddie was Abby's favorite. It wasn't in fact a secret as much as Abby tried to deny it. Maddie was consistent in her craft which resulted in major wins for Abby and her dance company. Honey, you are a winner who is on top of that prymaid forever!

Lizzo captivates her audience with her joyous self loving ambience but when she pulls our her flute (endearling called Sasha) it's over for the hoes! You ever mastered twerking while playing the flute on pitch to perfection!? I haven't either but I'm sure all I need is the confidence to do it. You're amazing babe!
