An Open Letter To Anyone Who Needs To Hear This - You Are Loved

You are loved unconditionally.

I hope this comes across anyone who needs this. I am writing this letter to you - every single word on this page is yours.

Dear person who feels unloved,

You are so loved. You have so much life to live. I know there are moments where we just want to give up; I know, because I have them too. You aren't alone in what you go through. I know firsthand how cruel people can be. But you are so unconditionally loved by those you would never even expect. You are chosen. You were made to do amazing things in your life, even if you might not see the fruition of those things come into play yet.

I know how hard it is to believe those things but know they are true. When you have trials in life, know that they are there to make and shape you in ways that make you into the person that you are meant to be. Know you are strong enough to get back up after you've been knocked down. Know that whatever happens, you are still loved.

From a person who loves you, I hope you start to match your head knowledge of this with your heart knowledge. You have so much purpose; never forget that.

I thought senioritis in high school was rough until I became a college senior about to go into the real world. I'm supposed to have everything figured out, right? College is filled with many things, and we're so often lectured to make the right decisions as we head out on our own into the college life. But sometimes it's necessary to indulge in some guilty pleasures as well as just doing things because you can. And honestly, a lot of the time it's inevitable. College is no piece of cake that's for sure, so it's okay to do some things you deep down know you shouldn't....once in a while anyways.
