Dear Friend,
You are not forgotten.
I think about our friendship a lot. When I’m studying late in the library, I remember those evenings spent with flashcards in hand at the local Barnes and Noble, and of course the study breaks ft. sugar loaded frappuccinos.
Or when I venture off campus, I reminisce about our afternoons spent roaming the halls of Target or the mall. We had no money, but all the time in the world.
I know we don’t talk very much, but it’s hard when life gets so busy and we are so far apart.
You can count on the fact that I will call you when I get into town, but lately, I haven’t spent much time there.
You, your friendship, and our memories are precious to me.
As my life progresses, and friendships come and go, I’m reminded of this:
Make new friends, but keep the old. One is silver and the other’s gold.
To me, you are definitely gold.
Anyways, I hope to see you soon. I miss you.
All the Best,
An Old Friend
