Self confidence is a key part of life. However, it is a part of life that every individual suffers with at some point. It is hard not to get down on yourself when you see someone you think is better than you. But I guarantee that you have something they don’t have. It is hard to love yourself when we live in such a competitive world. However, respecting and loving yourself is essential for living a life full of happiness, because without confidence, it is hard to be the unique and beautiful individual that you are.
