My Shyness Doesn't Run My Life

Writing is always there to help me express myself

Do you let your insecurities run your life? Are you one of those people that must have other people's opinion to do stuff?

My shyness used to run who I was until I found the outlook of writing. I write to feel inspired and to feel great about myself in a positive way. I don't care about the negative opinions of others I focus on the positive messages I read. The positive messages help people because the negative messages just put our hearts down. Your words speak louder than your actions. I let my voice be heard in my words. People say, "do something you love, and you never will work a day in your life." I don't consider my writing as a job, but I do consider it as something I love.

When one door opens, another one closes. When I got introduced to writing, the door that closed for me was my shyness. When writing I find my heart and I find the person that I want to be. That person is a positive, bubbly person that doesn't let the negativity of others run her life. Your works can reach other people and help them be inspired in a new way that they haven't seen with their own eyes yet.

Often, we let money run our lives because we think money will buy us happiness, but it just makes it worse. Yes, we need money to live, but I would rather write to feel inspired and happy than to have a million dollars.

Writing tells a story of who you are, it gives us a piece of someone's heart. Writing opens a new world of so many different things like imagination and creativity. We wouldn't have some of the greatest authors today if it wasn't for their hidden talents that inspire us.

Writing is my hidden talent and I am glad that I found this open door.

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
