Blacksmithing:

When you level your profession, the first profession I want to cover is Blacksmithing, and as a Blacksmither you can craft the Titanium Weapon Chain and the Titanium Shield Spike, on top of this you can also craft the Eternal Belt Boggle, all of these three items will be needed throughout all of WOTLK. So in my opinion it might be better to store these for another phase, because in Phase One everyone is simply crafting, these items to level up the profession and this can have a huge impact on the price that you can re-cell.

Leatherworking:

As a Leatherworker, you also have a ton of different items to craft to make a profit, for example the Mammoth Mining bag. I also like to craft the different Leg Armors when I level up this profession, these you can easily resell and they're also going to be best in slot throughout all of Wrath of the Lich King.

Crafting different epic items is also a good method, and what I usually craft is these two, Ice Striker's Cloak and Trollwoven Spaulders, the cloak is used by all melee classes and even Hunters, and the Spaulders is used by Death Knights and other classes who would like to get more expertise.

With this profession as a Jewelcrafter I would recommend you to do the daily quest in Dalaran, when you do this quest you'll get rewards can exchange into a dragon's eye, this is a material that is needed by Jewelcrafter to craft specific epic gems so this you can easily sell and make a big profit, And remember it's a daily quest so you can get this profit every single day. Tailoring:

As a tailor, you need to make sure you always do your different Cloth Cooldowns. You can also pick up a specialization for this so you can make two cloth instead of one, this is a great way to flip a bit of gold.
