Recently, a lot of brands have made a big splash in the market! New products have been coming out left and right. If you are like me, then, you are trying your best not to spend every penny in your piggy bank. Recently, I have saved up and invested in a few products. One in particular that has made a big splash in the market is the Too Faced PB & Honey palette.
The packaging is adorable! And the colors inside are to die for! The scent is also amazing!I have had a few days to play around with the palette, and this is how I feel about it:
The shadows are beautiful shades; they are mostly neutrals with an interesting golden-yellow color. Creamed Honey is a peachy cream color. It is beautiful for under the brow bone. The second big shade is Bee Sweet. It is a pinky peach color that is perfect on the lid for a more natural eye look. The last big shade is Queen Bee. It is a gray-gold color, and personally, this is my least favorite shade, but maybe one day I will come to love it.
The smaller shades are Peanut Butter, Going Nuts, Honey Brittle, Bee's Knees, Honey Buns, and Feelin' Nutty. Peanut Butter is a light orange-brown shade. It is really pretty on the lid and would look wonderful with a natural look. Going Nuts is a shimmery, textured brown shade. This is a beautiful crease color and outer corner color. Honey Brittle is a beautiful pink-orange shade. I use this on my lid and it has good color payoff. It's very reminiscent of the peach palette. Bee's Knees is a red-orange-brown shimmery, textured shade. This is a beautiful crease color. Honey Buns is scary, I'll admit it. It is yellow. I have not tried it yet, but I could imagine using this lightly on the lid or in the inner corners of my eyes. Last but not least, is Feelin' Nutty. It is a matte light brown shade. It is a beautiful color for the lid and for the crease.
The color payoff is great. Some of the shades are streaky, but otherwise, I have no complaints. Is it worth the $36? Probably not, you could probably find something similar for a lot less money. Too faced is a great brand, so if this palette interests you, check it out! But do not fret that you are missing out if you are not interested!
