The Ultimate List Of The Worst TV Characters

I'm only on the first season of "Scandal" but I have already been fired up over the actions of the president in the show. I know a lot of fans of the show actually enjoy him, but there are a whole pile of TV characters that have no morale or aren't the best people.

President Fitz Grant, Scandal

First of all, this guy is a straight up serial cheater. I am a strong believer in monogamy and, honestly, he kinds of boils my blood. Second, the actor is not even that good looking in my opinion.

Preston Burke, "Grey's Anatomy"

He was never a good match for one of my favorite characters, Dr. Yang. Plus, the actor who plays him, Isaiah Washington was fired from the show. The rumor is that he was fired for spewing homophobic slurs.

Joel Stevens, "Hart of Dixie"

Honestly, the whole time he was on the television I wanted him to get off the screen so she can finally end up back with Wade. He was such a stick in the mud and not even a good fit for Dr. Hart and a waste of screen time.

Jenny Humphrey, "Gossip Girl"

Jenny always had an attitude and a super dark character.

D.W. Read, "Arthur"

vignette.wikia.nocookie.net

D.W. was always trifling and always whining. To be honest, maybe the worst little sister in television history.

Terri Schuester, "Glee"

She faked a pregnancy and she was completely manipulative during the entire series.

Malcolm Merlyn, "The Arrow"

He killed his son and apparently had an affair with Oliver Queen's mother in order for Thea Queen to be his actual daughter.

Lori Ann Schmidt, "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt"

She doesn't even spend time with her daughter after she has been found out of the bunker and all Lori Ann wants to do is ride roller coasters.

Stacy Barrett, "Drop Dead Diva"

deecrowseer.files.wordpress.com

I don't understand why they needed to play on the dumb blonde trope in this show by making her so materialistic and unintelligent.

Iris West Allen, "The Flash"

tribzap2it.files.wordpress.com

She always makes every situation about her. I understand that the world needs a love story for a good storyline but at the same time, Iris is not the Flash or the end all be all of the superhero or the team, just a love interest.

Jimmy Olsen, "Supergirl"

In the TV show series "Supergirl," he seems very arrogant and feels like he can save the world all by himself. It also irritates me that he is Superman's ultimate best friend however, we don't even get to see that relationship played out in the TV series at all.

Janice Litman, "Friends"

static.dnaindia.com

I can't stand the nasally voice plus she was never a good match for Chandler.

Rip Hunter, "DC Legends of Tomorrow"

vignette.wikia.nocookie.net

He is supposed to be the captain of the ship, but he isn't even a good leader.

Chris Traeger, "Parks and Recreation"

He is overly cheerful that it comes off as fake.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

"A Christmas Story" is the star on top of the tree.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Christmas is one of my personal favorite holidays because of the Christmas traditions my family upholds generation after generation. After talking to a few of my friends at college, I realized that a lot of them don't really have "Christmas traditions" in their family, and I want to help change that. Here's a list of Christmas traditions that my family does, and anyone can incorporate into their family as well!

It’s here; that time of year when college students turn into preschoolers again. We cry for our mothers, eat everything in sight, and whine when we don’t get our way. It’s finals, the dreaded time of the semester when we all realize we should have been paying attention in class instead of literally doing anything else but that. Everyone has to take them, and yes, unfortunately, they are inevitable. But just because they are here and inevitable does not mean they’re peaches and cream and full of rainbows. Surviving them is a must, and the following five phases are a reality for all majors from business to art, nursing to history.
