The Worst Parts About Going To The Airport As Told By "Seinfeld"

Everyone knows that the airport brings out the worst in people. And no one knows better than "Seinfeld."

There's always someone who got to the airport 30 minutes before they have to board and expect to make it through check in and security in time. And when they realize they won't make it, they yell at the airline employees.

People still take as much time as they like going through security even though you have to do the same thing every time.

Speaking of security, you always end up getting "randomly" selected for some sort of inspection.

After you rushed to get to the airport and get through security, you end up waiting so long for your flight to board.

Buying anything in the airport is extremely expensive. Seriously though, a bottle of water is like $8.

Boarding the plane is a stampede, where only the strong survive and get on the plane first.

Once you actually board the plane, you never take off on time. This is usually caused by some reason that seems easily preventable like over-fueling the plane.

For some reason, if you're sitting next to a stranger, they find no problem sitting as close to you as possible.

The people in front of you also think it's fine to put their seat back even though you only had an inch for your legs to begin with.

If you're traveling with someone, especially family, you will inevitably get into a massive argument about something pointless, such as the most effective way to exit the plane.

A visit to the airport always results in frustration and a vow to never return to the dreaded place, but you will most likely have to venture back and run into the same problems every time.

Dear Mom,

You took care of me and my brothers our entire lives and you still continue to! I will not be able to truly grasp all of the hard work that you put into this family until I create my own one day. But, I know that there are plenty of times I forgot to give you a simple thank you or an appreciative smile. I thank you for everything that you have done for me and will continue to do for me. Here are some examples of those times where you had my back and I forgot to pat your back for saving me:

College is hard. As people ages 18-22, we’re just trying to figure out what we’re doing with our lives, our careers, our eating habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other necessities for adult life. We definitely don’t take proper care of ourselves; it’s basically impossible when we have essays, tests and readings due and somehow we’re supposed to eat right, exercise and sleep. We’re doomed to get sick. I have zero experience in science but when I get sick there are certain things I do to make myself better.

Now that it seems “talking” is the new way to date, and will stay that way until another idiotic term is used to describe the people who can’t settle down and just date someone, I feel as if it’s time to go over the unwritten rules of “talking.”

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.
