1. Reckless Love

Reckless Love by Cory Asbury is a song that speaks to how determined God is to bring us to Him. 2. Real Love

Real Love by Blanca is a soulful song that is fun to blast in the car and sing along to on a road trip. This song reminds us that this world has a lot of misconceptions about our salvation. We don't need to be in church to know what He did for us, we know fully that He died for us, and only His love can heal our deepest pain and fears.

3. Spirit Of The Living God

Spirit Of The Living God by Phil Wickham has a sort of rawness to the song that entices us and makes us want to worship God with all we have, inviting Him to live within our hearts and encourage us to live for Him.

4. Beautiful Things

Beautiful Things by Gungor is a slower song that starts out questioning life itself and wondering if anything beautiful could possibly come from it. As the song builds, it turns into a song of worship and thanks to God for making all things beautiful no matter how bad they may seem in the moment.

5. Come As You Are

Come As You Are by Crowder encourages us all to come before God and give our lives to Him. It is a reminder that God only has love for us and He can heal the deepest wounds.

Called Me Higher by All Sons & Daughters is an uplifting song that talks about how it may be easy to hold on to our own way of life and living comfortable lives, but we are called to greater things to serve God and build His Kingdom.

Hills And Valleys by Tauren Wells gives glory to God even when we are standing on the highest mountain top, and trusts God when we are in the lowest valley. No matter how high or low we feel we are, God is always there and has a plan for us.

12. I'm Free

I'm Free by Tim Neufeld has a more country pop feel to it with the banjo playing throughout the song. The lyrics remind us that because of what Christ did for us, we are free and we do not need to fear death or anything from the life.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.
