Grace Smith

World-renowned hypnotherapist, stress relief expert, and founder of GraceSpace.co and the #CloseYourEyesGetFree movement

Not too long ago she had a high-powered, high-stressed job in corporate America and was a smoker who wanted to quit.

She tried patches and gum, assuming they would work and they didn't.

However, it wasn't until she tried hypnotherapy that she was able to.

It wasn't long before she completed her first hypnotherapy training course, left her corporate career, and launched her hypnotherapy business to reach and educate a large audience.

As a young teen she found herself suicidal and pregnant. Then at the age of 22 she lived through being paralyzed.

The belief that things don't happen to us, they happen for us, helped in turning her story around.

She lives by sheer example, calls herself out on her own BS, and is not afraid to talk about what others don't.

Janelle

Founder of The Sassy Survivor

At the age of 27 she was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer.

While recovering from her hysterectomy she decided to live life to the fullest by being more positive and growing to be a better person each day.

She encourages all of us to do the same while coming together because we don't have to be a cancer survivor to be a "survivor" to get through all life throws our way.

Kati Morton

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, entrepreneur, and YouTube creator

During her Master's program, she began working at an inpatient eating disorder treatment center. Afterwards, she worked at an outpatient eating disorder treatment center.

Then later on her path of understanding all levels of eating disorder treatment and recovery, she worked at a hospital treatment center.

It was at this time she decided more needed to be done to reach out to people suffering.

So she started to create videos, blogging, and using various social media sites to raise awareness of not only eating disorders but other diseases as well.

It wasn't long before a global mental health online community and a safe place where people can speak candidly about their own battles was born.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
