Not everyone works over the summer. For some people, summer can be a welcome break from the pressure of classes. For others (myself included), we use that break from classes to bog ourselves down with a nice summer job to break our spirits, instead. Read on to experience some of the frequent emotions that come with a summer job!
Finally coming home for the first time since Spring Break
There's really no better feeling.
Waking up the next morning and realizing that you still have to work
This, on the other hand, is the worst feeling.
Every time someone at work tells you to wake up
You respond with coffee in hand, of course.
Coming home from a particularly trying shift...
...And realizing that you have to do it all over again tomorrow
Mo' money, mo' problems, I guess...
Making plans with your friends that you haven't seen in ages
Work tends to keep you from your favorite people.
But remembering that (surprise, surprise), you have to work... Again
Are you noticing a pattern here?
Finally realizing that you have no choice but to accept that this is your life now
This one is ALMOST the worst feeling, but not quite.
