My Wonder Woman

A open letter to my wonder woman.

My Wonder Woman
Wiki How

My mom. Strong willed, kind, and smart, not to mention sassy. She stands up for what she believes in no matter what everyone else says.

I love her, and she inspires me. She was the first in her family to go to college, even though most told her she wouldn't make it. She is a teacher, and if you wrong her students or her children, then you are on her bad side. That's really the only way to get there.

No matter how bad of a day she has had, she will comfort me if I need it, and she will do whatever she can to keep me in theater, and singing. She loves her children more than anything, and if it came down to it she would sacrifice herself to make us happy. I love her, but recently, I have been quite mean to her, and even though it's from stress, she doesn't deserve it. If I could I would buy her a house of gold, and when she grows old, I will take care of her. No matter what.

She is strong, and although I may annoy her, she loves me.

Mom, if you are reading this, I am sorry for the way I have been acting. I love you so much, and I really just want you to be happy. You, are my hero.

You are incredible. You inspire me. I love you.

You are always saying that you are Wonder Woman, but you are so much more.

I thought senioritis in high school was rough until I became a college senior about to go into the real world. I'm supposed to have everything figured out, right? College is filled with many things, and we're so often lectured to make the right decisions as we head out on our own into the college life. But sometimes it's necessary to indulge in some guilty pleasures as well as just doing things because you can. And honestly, a lot of the time it's inevitable. College is no piece of cake that's for sure, so it's okay to do some things you deep down know you shouldn't....once in a while anyways.
