Growing up is one of the hardest parts about life. Carefree days when your biggest concern was if your best friend had the same teacher as you have transformed into pressures that come with early adulthood-finding out what we want to be and do for the rest of our lives. Because of my parents, I was able to overcome the lowest of lows and celebrate the highs of my childhood/teen years. Here is a thank you to those wonderful two inspirations.
Age Two:
"I'm your number one fan!"
Age Six:
"You're mommy's little girl."
Age Ten:
"You are not what the bullies say you are. Do not listen to them Samantha."
Age Twelve:
"Learn."
Age Fourteen:
"I miss my Sammy."
Age Eighteen:
"We are so proud of your accomplishments Samantha. Keep learning."
Age Twenty:
"You have become a beautiful young woman. We love you to the moon & back."
I am so very proud to be your daughter, thanks forever.
