Do you have that one friend or group of friends that you met too late into your college life? Now you're about to graduate and leave them and all you can think is, "I wish I had more time to be your friend."
It's one of the best feelings to find your forever friend at college, but it's one of the worst when you have to leave them behind or go live your separate lives. You know that you'll stay friends and visit each other all the time but it's different when you are out of college.
In college you live no more than a few minutes away from each other, there are nights that last forever, and most of your life is spent with them. A late night fast food trip is always on the table and when you need a buddy to keep you sane while you study for finals, there right there beside you. They're the first person or people you turn to when a boy said something stupid to you or when something hilarious happened in one of your classes and you have to tell someone. You share memories and feelings and laughter and all you want is more time. More time to be filled with even more memories and feelings and laughter.
There could be a plethora of reasons for why you guys didn't meet until junior or senior year but you're just happy that you got to meet them at all. Fate was on your side and presented you with a friend that will hold you when you cry and be proud of you when you accomplish something great and love you endlessly.
So keep them close, even as you part your separate ways and life different life paths. Keep in constant contact and let them know how much they mean to you. Plan visits and trips and quick coffee dates.
Create more memories.
