Please reference the trigger warnings in the embedded tumblr post's tags.
TLDR: in Winter, I'm able to cover all of the self-harm scars that litter my body and my soul, but in Summer, due to short shorts and short-sleeved teeshirts, I have to face the world with my battle wounds showing.
I definitely recommend "reading" — technically it's listening, but the acronym would change — because it's less than three minutes. That's shorter than most songs.
