Well let me just tell you that yes it does, and no it is not the "winter magic" snow that fills our hearts with joy. Usually we encounter moments of "apocalyptic snow" from as early as October to as late as March. It is the type of snow that causes road accidents, school closings, and massive grocery purchases. However, the best way I can truly describe every aspect of winter in PA is by using characters from Frozen.
