So it begins, the countdown for winter break to finally be over. Fighting with your little sister and sticking to a curfew has become old and you're sleeping until noon- not because you’re exhausted but because there’s not much else to do.
Going to the grocery store in your hometown is more like wearing a ton of layers and the biggest hood you own to avoid being seen by anyone you went to highschool with. (though it never works and it’s usually your second grade teacher- mrs. scott I love you but how the hell do you STILL remember me?)
And lets only briefly mention the hell considered finding employment- begging your old job to take you back, trying to find odd ends or stretching your savings becomes harder than it is in actual school. I didn’t know a coffee and a tank of gas emptied my savings account??
So whether it's 15, 20, or 30 days until you go back- (yes I know you know the exact number) try to tolerate what you can about the situation you're in. I mean hey, at least it’s not finals week again.
