As a lover of all things fashionable, I am quite excited to share my favorite trends with all of you for Winter 2016! This is a great time in fashion, and I am a big fan of all the wonderful pieces that have come to the forefront. Here are some of my favorite items that you should keep on your radar for the coming months! Happy shopping!

1. Suede Skirts

Suede skirts are in this season, and we all love them! They bring back a 70s flair to an outfit and come in many fun colors and patterns. Pair it with a ribbed crop top or a cozy sweater for a complete ensemble.

2. Fur Vests/Faux Fur Vests

Fur vests and faux fur vests are a must-have this season! They complete many different outfit combinations and add a glamorous touch to all of them. They can be paired with a chic all-black shirt and pants ensemble, colored and printed dresses, and even skirts or shorts. Just be creative!

3. Lace Dresses

Lace is a big pattern this season and there are so many lace dress options out there to work with! Lace can be dressed up or dressed down, depending on your mood and the occasion. Pair your dress with corresponding tights and heels or boots for a great look.

4. Denim Dresses

This is one of my favorite pieces! As seen above, it can be worn with a cream shirt underneath, a hat, and over-the-knee-tights to give it a 70s vibe. Try this ensemble out this season, it will be a hit!

5. Flared Pants

This look is so hip and perfect for everyday attire. Pair these flare pants with a printed top, as seen above, and a fun jacket. Everyone will compliment this effortless, yet stylish look, trust me!

6. Platform Heels and Socks

This is probably my favorite shoe combo this season! Pair the platform heels/short socks ensemble with a skirt and you have a flawless look. This is a must-wear party outfit this season!

7. Tweed Coats

I love tweed! These jackets truly give a sophisticated look to any outfit. As seen above, pairing the tweed coat with cranberry and cream pieces complete the outfit. Tweed can be played with for many different combinations of color. The tweet coat definitely is a must-have piece this season!

8. Soft Grunge

I'm a big fan of the "soft grunge" look. Don't be afraid to mix up a feminine dress with some ripped tights and dark lipstick. It's fun to be different, go for it!


That's my Winter 2016 fashion wrap-up. My main piece of advice is just to have fun with it! Be yourself and let your personal style shine through your wardrobe! Enjoy!
