It amazes me that people wanna cry wolf when something tragic happens in their lives. You have to be careful of what content you place on your social media platforms and if you want to put your whole life on display for the world to see, then be prepared for the consequences that are sure to follow.
By now, we have heard many details about the frightening ordeal that Kim Kardashian West went through when she was held at gunpoint in Paris early Monday morning. But if you’re anything like me, you still have a whole lot of lingering issues with this situation at hand. First if you're going to show off your wealth on social media make sure you turn off your location or turn your location on after you leave that destination. Secondly, make sure that your security team is evenly divided up if you have multiple people with you and want to feel safe. Lastly, be careful what you post and who you post around. If you think that everyone is just like you, you will be greatly fooled.
Now because Kim has had this security scare, it has now affected her family too. When your job is to be public and seeing you is what drives people to buy your product, you can't post anything online because someone you're connected to has had an remuneration breach. It's quite scary. After canceling all of her engagements indefinitely, Kim will likely lose some significant amount of cash flow, somewhere around more $1 million a month in revenue. Not to mention how much her sisters will lose in income since their security has to be revamped. But I don't think it will matter because it's all about the all mighty dollar and they will probably just beef up security.
But what is it for a man to gain the works, but lose his soul? Or on the other hand should she hide the fact that she has so much money and should be able to post whatever she wants? But the bigger question is how will her empire survive? She will never be Queen Bee as that spot belongs to Beyoncé, who by the way would never do anything this stupid. Let sit back and see what unfolds. I'll be waiting on the exclusive sit down and other media circus that will soon follow.
